Along the way, she also became a trusted resource for military families navigating PCS moves and VA financing — work that earned her the Certified VA Relocation Specialist designation and helped shape the Veteran & Military Homeownership Guide offered here.

That experience taught her something most agents never learn from the outside: what actually happens behind the scenes of a real estate transaction, and where deals succeed or fall apart. Armed with an MBA in Business Administration and a Florida Real Estate Broker's License, Beverly took that insider knowledge and launched Straight Talk Realty — a brokerage built on the belief that sellers deserve honest advice, clear communication, and an agent who treats their sale like her own.
